People come to me with something about themselves they wish to change. I listen to their stories and observe how they move. Through pointing out, conversation, verbal cues and hands on guidance I help them find new possibilities of self organization and new ways of moving. Quite soon, people find themselves moving with greater skill, ease, and comfort. This effects how they feel and even how they think.
