Meditation Practice

meditation practice

Meditation is the practice of cultivating attention to be vividly present in what actually is.  It is often not easy and only to be embarked upon with deep consideration.

Jeff teaches group classes and offers individual consultation. He focuses upon making meditation practice relevant to students' everyday lives. Much of what he teaches is experiential.

Current Class:  Spectrum of Awakening

What is a Dakini?

One never knows  - Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

This course builds on the experiential knowledge gained from a year of karma practice.  Opening and releasing is the ground for this course. The dakini practices will deepen your experience of the five elements, of dying, and change your life in ways one cannot predict.  These practices rely upon dynamic visualization and active daily life integration. (there is no place to hide)  We will teach how to welcome the dakini and practice within the embodied vitality and space she awakens.
